Saw your other post about Andersonville. My brother hunts relics mostly here in Augusta but hes been down there quite a few times. I have a lot of civil war relics, a couple cannonballs(no pun intended)
all kinds of shot including some revolutionary war rounds, a nice bayonet. He has so much nice stuff its not funny. Ill find a bullit, he'll find a gold locket....post when you thinking about going.
Every aprilthe wife and Igo to Helen Ga we have a 3 bedroon chalet/timeshare up there. Great twistys to ride with a lot of nice places a few hours ride out (cherokee and the like) if you like the cool temps its lots o fun... lots o bikes gather there. 3 hour ride.
Maybe one year or the next......

I haven't heard of it....know where it is? We stopped by the flea market on Hwy 1 in Lexington but not for long...too hot.

Hey I hear theres a real nice leather shop in Columbia that has the one at the flea market on 56 and the harleys leather stuff priced in half? Did ya hear of that place?

Helen would be a great ride. We've never been there but I have heard a lot about it.

Now it's really getting to be fun ! I don't want to be the gloomy voice here...
Been said before around here but it's right when that bike starts to feel really good,and your confidence level issky high that weird stuff can happen,it's important to remember the basics and stay focused.
