Beartooth

Kim and I met a couple from Colorado at our Motel in Cody last week. They had a Can-Am and were planning to ride Yellowstone the next day with Jackson as their destination. We spent the previous night in Bozeman MT and rode Beartooth and Chief Joseph Hwy coming to Cody so we asked if they were going to ride Beartooth and they said, “What’s that”? I got out a map and showed them how to get to Red Lodge and where the NE entrance was to Yellowstone. They were gone before we left the room the next morning and I wondered if they would do the ride. Two days later ten miles out of Vernal we catch up to a Can-Am and it’s the folks we met in Cody. We stopped and the first thing they said was “Beartooth was amazing”, the lady even said it made the whole trip.
Riding is a pleasure and meeting nice folks on the way and sharing experiences is a bonus.

Beartooth on the bike is high on my bucket list!!! Crossed it several times and backpacked the area....Redlodge is one of my absolute favorite towns....and don't forgey Bogarts Pizza!!
