Wondering how many are ridding alone, all my buddies have hung it up most were never really into it most are scared of texting drivers. As we get older they drop out quick.
I ride to/from work solo, hell even the weekends I'm usually riding around solo. Sure I love ripping around town with a good group of friends but it's not a necessity for me.
I'll ride in groups or alone, I have to ride alone to meet the groups!
I like solo riding for a long trip, I like to ride for as long as I want and stop for a short time. I can't stand all this hanging around at gas stations while everybody gets on the phone, takes forever to pee etc. Plus I also get on the road early.
ya know I love riding with family and friends but here lately im just ready to leave them alone. I love to ride. I ride to work everyday that its not nasty out or super humid. I work in the heat to so sometimes I just want some damn AC. but here lately its just drama. people pissing one another off and some of them don't ever wanna ride anymore at all it seems. starting to go out riding by myself a lot more often than I used to and honestly so far its been awesome to just disconnect from everyone else and go for a few hours alone.
Solo rider here, I rode in groups for many years as a motor. No need for it now. Group rides are trouble and too much work. "I'll meet you there" if I'm with a group.
