First, I have no affiliation except as a patron to the company.

I bought their Cool Magic™ Billet Bullet Driving Lights. About a month or two after purchase, one of the lights showed water inside the case.

I contacted Custom Dynamics and they were very responsive. They needed time to research why this was happening. They stayed in touch, identified the issue and called me when they were ready to implement the fix. I am local to the company, I brought my bike it at an agreed time and I was in and out in 30 or 40 minutes.

I've had dealings with CD...one of my LED units lost a few bulbs in it and it was after about a year. I sent them a picture and they sent me a new unit and paid the cost to me.

They are a stand up company which is sort of a rarity these days. I have their turn signals, fender tip lights, and tail light on my old bike.

 

Ive had their lights on every Harley Ive owned

 

I installed Custom Dynamics front and rear bullet LED's, smoked lay down LED tail light with the optional strobe flasher module, and a load equalizer on my 06 Road King Classic. Everything was basically plug and play with easy to follow instructions. Top notch quality and first rate customer service. Great company to do business with.

 

Never had to contact their customer service, but have CD lighting on my bike, great product with no issues.

 

Great reviews about their products, warranty, and customer service is why I chose to buy from them. Love the look of my signals and fairing trim lights.

 

Have had their 3 in 1 clusters in my stock rear signal housings for the last 7 years (see sig pic). Love the look, never had a problem with them. Great product!

 

Next time I need bike lights I will probably go with CD as I never heard or read anything but positive.
