Hardware store, electrical box cover, thirty five cents, tie string through screw hole, use string to pick up cover once you mount

Next time it's warm, get a cold can of beer. Pull tab--drink beer. When empty, set can on pavement. Using bootheel, stomp can. You now have a pad to put your kickstand on. Don't forget to belch. You're welcome.

Got the same thing from the guy who taught my MSF class and he tied a string to it that you put on your grip so you remember it. I also bought somenew Red Wing boots and they gave me a free one. I believe you get a free one jsut for trying on some boots.
Ride Safe.

I got the one from the MSF when I took my BRC.

It fits easily into the glove box on my fairing lowers, perfect.

I just pick up any old thing lying in the near vicinity...that way I don't have to carry anything or remember it when I leave....but I like the one about tearing a piece of plastic off the nearest Honda....lol

used hockey puck from the local sporting good store, only ran me a buck. Since my bike is lowered and I have changed out the jiffystand it helps to stand the bike up a bit too.
