Default Wheel Chocks

I need a wheel chock for my toy hauler. I would like to be able to move it between that and a cargo trailer. Freestanding use in the garage for maintenance is a plus. Baxley is looking like the best choice but dang they are pricey. JS looks decent as well and so does condor, but not much savings and the Baxley looks better to me. they are all $100 more than I would like to pay. Discount ramps has 15% off today, bringing the Baxley down to $230 which is something I suppose. Any good choices I'm missing? $50 harbor freight model a viable option? 03 lowrider for now, but would prefer something universal.

I feel your pain. Had that issue on two wheels. Not so now I'm on a trike. I'd go with the best you can afford. You don't want your ride falling over in transit.

I have a Condor, use it in my home shop all the time, then I put it in the truck when transporting a bike. Works great, best $250 I have spent on tools for a bike. Holds all of my bikes vertical for working on them and makes loading the bike into my truck a one man operation.

I bought mine at a Rally, no tax and free shipping.

Look at the Wheel Dock. I've got one and love it. I use in my trailer and my shop. Very easy to load and unload due the flat pull in/pull out feature. I took my bike to the dealer a while back for some warranty work and didn't have anybody to follow me to get my back home so I trailered it. The staff at the dealer were amazed at the chock.

^^^ What I have. Helps lock in the trike on the trailer. If I drive sane by back country roads to the dealer, I don't even have to tie down the trike. Just lock it in gear.

I've got the Condor on my lift, and then the harbor freight one in my trailer. Both work and serve the purpose, but the condor is better and easier to get the bike in and out of. May not be as big of an issue for you with a low rider though as that bike is smaller in easier to move around than a heritage or my bagger.

I bought the Harbor Freight wheel chock when I had my Sportster. it worked, was a bit of a tug to pull the front wheel out of the chock, but it worked. When I got the Street Glide, that fat bitch was a pain to run in and out. Trying to get a heavy fat tire bike over a rocking plate was a pain. I pushed it from one end to the other trying to get in, and tugged it outside trying to get out!! So I bought the Wheel Dock. What a difference.... almost perfect flat drive in pull out. Yeah, it's expensive, but it works. Plus it has holes, or you can weld tabs on, to allow you to mount in a trailer.

I have the Condor and have never regretted it. Bought it at a rally so saved a few bucks that way. But would do it again either via rally or not. The peace-of-mind is well worth it.
