Start at local clothing Dry Cleaners businesses and ask about repairs.
Or, check with local clothing Tailors.

Frank's Shoe Shop in Pearsall, TX which is about 1/2 hr S of San Antonio might be able to help you out? He does boot repairs, belts, wallets, etc... He's been in business like forever & has got a good reputation!

If you get there, tell him Johnny from WI sent ya.. he'll know who I am!
