The thread wasn't a poll, but what I considered informational for others that may be interested in the banana boards, especially at a good price. But thanks as some may like those. Myself they wouldn't work since I too often scrape boards in corners as it is. Last thing I need to do is extend them out to the edges further.
I also use Tall Boys mounting brackets which drop them a little, and Kuryakyn 4058s which push them out and forward. Along with the Softbrake levers on both sides the bike is a dream to ride. Very, very comfortable.
I haven't had any bending issues and I stand up on the boards probably more than average. I'm 220#.

After giving this question a lot of thought It came to a tie, between putting on Heritage handle bars and removing the heel shifter and cutting off the shaft where the heel shifter went.
