I don't share your optimism. There are certainly areas of Brooklyn that have undergone some serious gentrification. Even a few areas of Queens. Regarding the Bronx (but for southern Riverdale [which is really an isolated oasis unto itself]) what area of the Bronx do you seriously consider "upscale"? Perhaps Harley wants to rethink it's decision and call the new line the "Watts" or Detroit or D.C. (as in Washington). Better yet, give it a real international flair and call it "The Favela".
On the HP, they Brett said he thinks this could be a new street line, like a few folks here have said. That makes sense to me, but I don't particularly like the name Bronx... That said, if it actually is something like a Monster fighter, I'll get over it pretty quick.
