I want to get new Harley touring bike. I have two best choices
2017 M8 road glide special
2016 SG ultra CVO
Im wondering about the performance of M8 and the sound of full exhaust, is it that much loud or not
Im not concerning about the speed only i love the sound
Pls help me to decide
So you advice me to get CVO 113 not the M8
cause i heared that M8 sounds like v-rod. I already have night rod and i want to change to real harley sound and looks
Imo, if "real harley sound" is your hot button, you'll have to go with a carbureted model, which limits you to an older TC, Evo, Shovel, Pan, etc. So, if you don't want to go that route, you may as well spring for the M8.
Bikes with Stock exhaust will not have an impressive exhaust note, regardless of the year.
If you are mostly wanting a bike that has the classic Harley sound, you are only going to get get it from a classic Harley such as a an Evo or older with a carburetor.
From all indications, the M8 is not a "real" Harley. Nor is a TC or an Evo, so, if you want the real deal, you had better go way back to the Pan or Shovel with the Pan bottom, because according to the pirates, nothing past 1969 is "REAL HD"!!
But then again, that all changes with time, LMAO!!!
