On a bike, you’re going to lose in a confrontation with a car. I would note the license and come back and hit him with my 8,000 lb Silverado.

I have found that, in situations like this, if you put the bike on the side stand and get off the bike they run as fast as they can.

That is exactly what I do. One does not know for fact these idiots are carrying and dumb enough to use the weapon. They could be in their own little word of drugs they could explode in a heart beat. So many things can go wrong when you "meet' these low life.

20 yrs as a LEO taught me to bite my tongue and sit back, karma will catch up to them at some point, and I do not want to be next to them when it happens.
