I've only been riding for a couple of months, but one thing I've had problems with is my right hand going numb when I'm riding. Any advice on how I can resolve this problem?
I have to echo what 'Yuck' said. I have only mangaged 800 kms since getting my bike and am only now making myself release the death grip. Very big difference!!!
What Yuck said! Relax your grip a little.Once I learned how to do that,my hand barely ever falls asleep.Save your money. You don't need ISO grips.Maybe some gel gloves would help also.
I do wear gloves and I tried riding without them, but no luck.
"Death grip" LOL You're right! I was holding on for dear life at first, but I've learned that I don't have to. I had surgery several years ago for carpal tunnel on the same hand and I'm thinking that might be part of the problem? I've tried holding the throttle with my wrist at different angles, but it's not helping.
I've looked at buying the grips with the paddle attached and different handlebars that might shorten my reach. (I'm height challenged at 5' 2" and have short arms)
Thanks for the replies! Any help is appreciated.
