My reflectors were not installed very good and fell off. I cleaned the spots where they were cause it looks better without the damn things anyway. Why is it that so many people living in CA just know whats better for the rest of the country?
I struggled long and hard before ultimately deciding to not take this thread in that direction. There are still a few people in California who understand things like freedom and the right to make bad decisions. Having said all that, thanks for going there.
Dont you idiots know that those reflectors on your bike keep it DOT complaint and road legal? You can actually get pulled over by a cop that knows these laws and get ticketed for not having those on. But it's rarely enforced. Does it really bother you that much since it looks ugly.
If you get into an accident the other driver has a legit reason on why they didn't see you. Yes, those tiny stupid looking reflectors can be the reason you lose your case or even your life.
You guys are such rebels.
As my sainted mother used to say, have your own business and mind your own business.

Well to answer your question. CA passes laws that other states soon follow. Im orginally from Chicago. CARB and EPA kinda goes hand in hand. They like each other. Banning smoking indoors. CA was the first state to do it and then a few other states like Illinois and New York followed. I hated it at first because I was a smoker and now I'm glad I dont have to smell nasty *** smokers while I eat my dinner. That's the only thing I can think of.

If a business owner wants to cater to smokers why shouldn't he be able to? If he loses enough business because of his decision, it's his business to sink.
