What you pay is up to the individual dealer. The inventory they carry is tied up capital, but at such low interest rates they can sit on their inventory rather than deep discounting it.
Probably won't tell you the list or asking price.....Go prepared for a battle....Oh and take you own money as Harley's interest rate is over 8 percent.....which may be why they are not selling the bikes at a rate they would like too....Quit trying to screw every body on financing and just treat people right.....credit card is off the wall as well.....extended warranty ain't no great deal either.....Good luck to ya......

Inventories
538,202 2017
vs
499,917 2016

The real numbers one wants to see are the incentives which come in a whole myriad of types. That's in the auto world not sure how the cycle sector works.

Inventory levels at the corporate level won't necessarily impact from the person you will be buying the bike from, which is a separate entity called a dealer.
Each dealership is a independent business and has their leeway within their contract with HD. They're individual inventory may be opposite of what HD Corporate is experiencing.
