I had a Pit Bull, but it took up so much floor space, and the double lift pads blocked so much of the underside of the bike that I decided to buy a J&S and see which one I liked best. The J&S was just as stable, had a much smaller footprint, and the single lifting pads made oil changes, etc., much easier. So, the Pit Bull found a new home and the J&S has been with me for the last 10 years. It is a great jack. I'm still on the original bottle jack, so I must have gotten a good one. Enjoy yours - you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.

Finally caught someone on the phone at noon. He said the air option jack also can be operated manually so I just ordered one.

Picked up a barely used one a couple weeks ago from a forum member. Ditto what everyone else said, it's a great jack.

Ordered mine 2 weeks ago just in time as they are raising the prices $50.00 June first. My yellow craftsman took a dump.

The air has a manual option but as time goes on I'm not real impressed with their air jack.
While it has a **** to let off the pressure on the jack which the manual one doesn't that's about all that I like better.
The manual one is more reliable IMO.
