I have a 2007 Street glide that I put 10 inch twin peaks handle bars on it. It been sitting all winter not trying to start it it only fires on the front cylinder. No spark on the rear cylinder. Coil test good a long with the wires any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

First swap plug wires and see if the problem moves.
If it does get new wires. If it doesn't get a new coil.
I had a coil that passed all the tests but still wouldn't fire, I replaced it with a new OEM coil and it lasted 8 miles, replaced that one with an aftermarket one and it's still going strong.

I can't think of anything in a handle bar change that will cause a bike to run on one cylinder.
OP what I posted above applies to dual fire ignitions.
Not sure if you have one or not but if you have single fire it won't help you a bit.
I'd suggest getting a new coil just in case.

I've switched wires at the coil and the problem moved so I put a different coil on and the problem continues. I'm wondering if the pcu is in a limp mode. I've probed all wires in the new bars and found shorts to gound. Normally I would expect that it would be ignition module but that's run through pcu please someone correct me if I'm wrong. Any more information from everyone would be greatly appreciated
