it's mostly normal. but, as part of your normal maintenance routine, you should be looking at everything to make sure it's tight, no bolts broken, loose, missing, etc. if everything is tight, then it's normal for your bike to shake that much.
Two things:
1 Every HD with a non-balanced crackshaft shakes, no exception
One can replace the rubber engine mounts by softer or harder rubber types, can adjust the ignition, the idel rpm or injection software but the difference will be marginal
2 EITMS can be enabled without being noticed by you directly and the result is even more shaking I noticed that EITMS is quicker enabled as many people expect. As long as the glass of my mirrors is not shaken out of the mirror metal, it is even to me. I try to avoid idle running as much as possible anyway, although traffic lights are sometimes unavoidable
If your bike has a fairing you might check the fairing mounts. My first Harley was a used 2008 street glide and the shaking seemed excessive. I went to the dealership and they discovered that 3 of the 4 fairing mounts were broken. Replaced the mounts and noticed a huge difference.
