Some years back I had to go in front of a bunch of idiots at city hall to see if I would be declared a public nuisance because I had been a very very bad girl. But not bad enough to be locked up. (I was dressed in heels and a mini with a halter top) When I bent over to sign in, an officer behind me blurted out "She's got legs all the way up to her neck." I just turned and smiled at the officer, then went about my business.
