The Morning ride was a brisk 61 degrees here on the coast, the sunrise over the bay was, well, let's just say probably the best part of the day so far.
Brisk?? I just rode to work the other day and it was 34 degrees....... It did hit a balmy 58 when I went home in the afternoon however.
No heated anything......just my leather and leather gloves. I will say though.......once I was halfway there (30min ride) any bug that hit my face couldn't be felt due to the numbness and incoming frost bite! HAHA!!
I was wearing (Still am) a very light button up shirt with short sleeves and I hit no bugs!
You should move south.
HAHA!!! Trust me my friend......it is in the future plans. Carolinas, Tennessee, Florida or Texas may be in my future. No matter where I end up I need to be within 30min of the ocean. (I say Tennessee because I love Nashville......)

You're braver than me. Was gonna ride in a couple days ago (forecast high was mid 60s) but it was 31 when I was leaving the house at 530... In the truck with a cup of coffee won. Was regretting it the whole way home! 😀
