By the strictest definition, I'd have to say no. On the other hand, I'd like to say Excellent Job! I really like it. Can you give us more details? What trees did you use? And how about a 3/4 view picture from the front?
HHI Hawg Halters 5 degree trees (wide). Just added Wide Glide OEM fork tubes and springs + chrome lowers. Overall with the tree set up and longer forks, they should be 4 inches extended over a stock Superglide. Steering is a bit heavy at slower speeds but tracks like a train on rails going straight
