does the headlight and driving lights gain more attention or does the modulating headlight only gain more attention? i have the modulator hooked up but rarely use it. i am thinking of hooking it up so the headlight modulates and the driving lights stay on.
More and more I'm beginning to think the amber aux lights on my bike make a difference. I ride daily and have logged 16,000 miles since Dec 23rd on my E-Glide and I've never yet had anyone pull out in front of this bike - knock on wood!
They're BRIGHT and really stand out over the regular white lights. My dad and I swapped bikes the other day and he followed me on my bike and I was watching those ambers in my rear view mirrors at varying distances/angles and wow they really jump out is seems.
Do they make a difference in me being SEEN? Yes I really think they do more and more... Any of you ever tried them?
Honestly, I do not think ANYTHING makes a difference. Call me cynical but I also drive a bright yellow F-150 4x4 and people still pull in front of me, cut me off and do stupid crap.

do you have any pics of your lights? been thinking of adding some kind of lights down near the engine guard
I've had my new FLHTC for 3 months and have yet to even turn the "driving lights" on. With all the "always on" headlights on today's cars the idea of motorcycle lights making bikes easier to see is totally nullified. I figure, why put the extra load on the alternator?
