Guy darted in front of me. At the next set of lights I pulled up to his window and pounded on it. I screamed DO YOU SEE ME KNOW? GET OFF YOUR F----ING PHONE AND DRIVE A_____E!!!!!. He apologized and went on his way. I felt better.
I still get angry especially if a close call and they are distracted because of their phone. I just remind myself that they are most likely armed and crazy. Also they could record you with the phone and edit it down to make me look bad, like many news sites do these days with the police.
Just jesting. Thought the way I worded it would show that Sorry I guess it didn't come across that way. I know I would feel like doing it but I am older and smarter than that
Flying off the handle can get ya arrested. I understand not tolerating stupidity, but being out in public anymore means tolerating stupidity. Now, the punk in the ricer needed his *** kicked, but these days the guy who kicks the kids *** is going to pay. the kid will run his mouth and cry victim when the chips fall, then he/she will try to get paid.
once when i was in my 20s, someone cut me off and i had to slam on my brakes and barely avoided hitting them. We pulled up to the next light and i was so mad i got off my bike and walked up to thier window and bashed my head (helmet) against it twice. All that did was mess up my helmet and scared the poor lady inside to death. I felt bad about that, like a real hot head idiot. I use to be a road rager in cars too, anyone tailgating me id pull over let them go by then immediatly get behind them to see how they liked it. Giving people the finger, yelling at them to pull over so we could fight. IDK why i was like that, after taking martial arts for the past 5 years its really calmed me down i dont go around looking for a fight anymore. Ive had my *** beat enough times now to realize im not as tough as i thought i was.

'Cause you were young, I was pissed off right up untill about 40......I have found that banging women helps, but mine is menopausal. Now I am out chasing after 35 year olds at 50...
Yep, I've lost my cool. I used to carry shards of broken up spark plug insulators with me. If you lightly toss one of those little bad boys at tempered glass, it will instantly shatter it. Instantly. Try it for fun on a junk car sometime; it's cool. Those were back in my juvenile days, though some drivers still make me wish I carried those shards around. Back then a few people went home with busted windows and I'm dead positive they paid better attention to their driving skills and never forgot it. Never got caught.
What's scary today is that drivers have declined since then in terms of being good citizens on the road. I see more drivers out there with no headlights on when dark or inclement weather, no turn signals, no courtesy. Just last week a lady came into my lane and almost clipped me. I was coming up on her blind spot so after giving her a 'WTF?' shrug and getting an 'I'm sorry' look from her, I went about my business. I still want to chuck a shard at these teeny-boppers on their phones, though. They are an accident waiting to happen. Serenity now!
Ive been basically in fights for the past 5 years (jiu jitsu and judo) and one thing i learned is there are people out there that are stronger than you, and there are people out there that will beat you down. Your ego gets deflated real fast over and over when you spend hours every day tackling down a big range of guys from huge to small. You realize quick that size and strength of the person matters alot and you are not as tough as you think you are, and taking a beating where you get choked unconscious or a limb broken is not very much fun. Ive had both happen, and it makes you realize that fights in general suck and to avoid at all costs. Kind of helps to calm one down and not start fights or provoke people.
Find myself like that more than I'd like to admit. Think I'm getting grumpier as I get older. I had someone pull right out in front of me, then give me the finger. Still trying to figure that one out.
