I have owned both an 06 Heritage (3 years) and a 13 RK (2 years). I loved the Heritage and liked the RK. My wife liked the Heritage and was never comfortable on the RK. Said the saddlebags were in the way of her legs while riding. The RK rode smoother but I liked the way Heritage rode better. I currently own an 06 Softail Standard.

I spoke to the owner of the 1999 Road King. Turns out now he is unsure of some of the work been done(bearings and tensioners, no paperwork to prove) and he sent me a couple more pictures. There is some significant scratchs and chips in the saddlebags, tank and a good size dent on the front fender that had been touched up and he is not willing to move on price. In saying that I'm not very interested in a bike that may have been neglected when the price is already high. Thanks again for all the info everyone, gunna keep my eyes open but unless I make a deal on the 07 I will be searching the classifieds.
