Chrome plating
Hello, I tried a search,is anyone still chrome plating motorcycle parts? I would like to get a couple of DK customs air wings for my Road King and on my cycle they would look much better Chrome. My local dealer and and DK don't have any recommendations. I guess it's a lost art. Thanks for any suggestions

I did some inquiring here when I wanted some things blacked out. Got my stuff from this place and the quality/price might be hard to beat.

You would have to pay for some shipping but if all else fails this company has been doing Harley's chrome plating for years. I think the website is www.carchrome.com

Hunt up a magazine called 'Hemming's Motor News". Its a big classified ad thing for guys into restoring classic cars and motorcycles. Lots of chrome (and other useful stuff, like folks that rebuild instruments, generators and starters, etc) and finishing places listed.
