If tubed, I'd agree patch plus new tube.
If tubeless, I'd replace.
Patching, actually plug kit, is fine for an emergency, but....
New Tube, patch, mount & balance = $100.
New Tire, mount and balance = $150.
New Tube, Rim Band, Tire, mount and balance = $200.00
(Guessing the costs)

Buying a new tire is no guarantee you will make it out of the tire shop parking lot without a flat.
If you are that worried about it you should buy a tire pressure monitor.
I would patch it and not even blink.
