I feel your pain...you just want to get on the Fatboy and ride. I would stop by the dealership for some face to face time.

Earlier this year (July 17th actually) I bought a new to me 2011 Road Glide Ultra 103 ci with 31,000miles on it.
An imported bike from Seattle that a Fire Fighter traded up to a SE something or other according to the sales guy.
While I was waiting for the business guy to finish up with another client I walked over to the parts guy and asked about the Stage III SE 110 kit.
Part Number 92500031.
$2500.00 for the kit and 12 hours labor would bring it to a shade over 5 grand Canadian Dollars, with a few more for good measure.
I passed at the time as I hadnt done much homework pro's and con's to the benefits of such a kit.
In all reality the 103 is more than enough for me and the occasional 2nd party on the back when her work schedule coincides with mine.
So, 12 hours over two days maybe three depending on what snafu may appear.
Anything longer means the shop is booked up and the install is put in line along with the guy behind you waiting for some routine maintenance.
This has been my personal experience when shopping several weeks back.
Rob

I would go to the dealer in person and demand to speak with the GM and ask what is going on with my motorcycle. Hope you get it figured out. Sorry thats happening to you.

Quick Status update:

I visited the shop and found out what the issue was: The jet kit they received from a supplier has the wrong items in it, so the mechanic requested another jet kit and it took some time to find one. Drag specialties, JP, and the normal suppliers this dealership uses did not have a kit in stock. I got my bike back now and have been riding it around the Black Hills...……… bike rides great and the extra power and torque are very enjoyable. Lessons learned:
a.) I need a second bike...…….. stuff happens, and having a spare bike would be a good thing
b.) Drop into the dealership for inquiries on your bike...……… much better than a call.

Many thanks for all the input...…. I appreciate it everyone.
