This is a good opportunity to ask what lane position you guys use when on two-lane undivided highways? Whenever there are no vehicles in front or back of me in my lane, I always move from the left track next to the center line, where I normally ride, into the right track when I see oncoming traffic approaching in the distance. I feel it gives potential passing vehicles more of a viewing angle to see me in case they're getting ready to pass another vehicle. I don't know if this is taught in rider safety courses or not, but that's how I ride.
