License plate on the Ford van is not from the EU, rocker panel rust means it's in a rust belt, coats on people means its cold. Towering buildings suggest socialist economy, "smoke stack" tower suggests a tribute to workers..guessing Russia somewhere.

Bingo! East Istanbul Store to be exact. There is also a West Istanbul store which I hope to visit before getting out of here. Interesting place. Amazing history here, and have met some wonderful people here.
