Default Seriously?

I’m normally one of the first to pitch a bitch when a factory part is faulty and they won’t warranty it. .

That said, I think suing over something that is not safety related or going to leave you stranded and is just foofoo, is B. S.

At the risk of sounding like the old curmudgeon that I am, I have to ask, “has it really come to this?”

I have a tire pressure monitoring system. It’s called a tire pressure gauge.

Well if they failed to effectively repair the sensors, then legal action would be the next step to resolving the problem. We are talking about a $40,000.00 bike. Hopefully HD will avoid this by settling out of court.

Maybe they're all just tired of every piece of newer technology Harley comes out with that doesn't work properly.
A recent list of mechanical failures:
Cam bearing
Cylinder base gaskets
Rocker box gaskets
Cam chain tensioners
Rushmore leaks
Infotainment system
ABS
Compensator
Sumping
Oil transfer
Some of this stuff is pretty basic and successfully established by competitors. In fact, much of the aftermarket companies offer fixes for H-D junk and thrive (Baker, S&S, Andrews, etc.). I wouldn't buy a new Harley right now if they were on sale at the dollar store.

Bingo. The industry is having enough problems without having to commit resources to defending something this pissy.

If buying a bike as an investment, buy a classic.

I didn't even know there was a TPMS on a HD. If you need a gadget to tell you your tire pressure is low, you probably should not be riding. I use a pencil gauge, the eyeball and the seat of the pants to feel for a soft tire..
Anyone with money is always at risk for being sued for anything. If you win the Mega lottery, you will be sued.

That's odd. You would think if there was a problem with the CVO TPMS, there would be a hundred threads in the forums. I haven't seen one.

T-CLOCS, for Tires/wheels/brakes, Controls, Lights/electrics, Oil/fluids, Chassis, and Stands.

Consumers who had purchased Harley-Davidson motorcycles suffered economic damages due to the diminished value of their motorcycles

When will America take responsibility for their own actions again?
