I don't think the rider could have fared very well. Vintage bike/car collision.

I can't see the jugs but the band on the fuel tank reminds me of a UL Harley.

Looks like a '41 Harley T-boned a sweet '36 Ford 3 window coupe. I'd love either of those rides.
