I have a 16 ultra with a high compression build that stumbles starting off especially after sitting at a red light. It has been Dyno tuned, went from 259e cams to 585 cams, added a Harley autotuner and it still does it. It stumbled so bad today when making a turn on to another road I almost went down. It blacks the exhaust end on the front cylinder, true duals and it also has a lot of valve noise, kinda a pecking sound. The dealer is the one doing the work and while they are doing this at no charge, I am getting pissed and tired of the bull. Any ideas what's going on?
thanks Allen
Perhaps your dealership techs are newer guys that aren't really performance saavy. These days most are "plug-and-play" oriented. Find one that knows what they're doing.
Not a mechanical issue...
this is a tuning issue...sounds like the VE tables need to be map a little better ... but could possibly have an intake air leak if you seeing one cylinder alot richer than the other....
if not ...may need to add more "Acceleration enrichment" ...with the cold air ...it will be even leaner and stumble more ...
good luck ...
