Art is a good word to use...I've looked over many of his bikes, and always come away impressed.....unreal talent. RIP.

That bike is not a JJ Chopper. It may have some of his aftermarket parts but he never built bikes with molded fenders, frame etc. Doesn't even look close. A real JJ Chopper would be going for 2-3 times that much.

I thought the same when I looked at more of the pictures of it. The only piece that looks even close to a West Coast part is the gas tank.

Wasn't that long ago anyone on a chopper scared Joe Citizen, seen a lot of windows getting rolled up fast and doors locked in my time riding them. The guy was either giving you stink eye or staring hard across the steering wheel while wifey was giving you side glances, sometimes she was scared others you knew she was getting wet. Miss those days......

Finally got around to watching the new installment of American Chopper. My takeaway from the show....we have to stop making long choppers or we are going out of business.

This fad has been over for about 10 years....

The swing frame covers make it nasty. Remove that **** and it would look good. JJ would never put his name on this one.

Maybe a guy with the same initials...

He did the details extremely well, that's what sets the standard for a true builder, most so called trick bikes are surface machines only look under or in the nooks and not well seen area's you see crude hinky **** done. Arlen Ness's crap was famous for this.

Although I don't like JJ's bike style, I applaud him and his team for their skill to build bikes. I have tried working metal and fabrication and suck at it. It is not as easy to work on as people think it is. There is also the factor of this group promoting the motorcycling industry, which in my book it is a good thing. I wonder how many people were motivated to ride a bike from watching his show?
