I am surprised noone mentioned the obvious quandry that will be facing all '08 owners, whether to get SERT or SERT II. Since the original SERT will no longer be available, Harley has just been fined $5,000,000 for dealers installing SERTS on EPA restricted bikes. SERT II program will only allow a 5% change in AFR and 5% change in ignition timing. But many '08 owners will be wondering if they can get their hands on an original SERT or if they should play it safe and get the dealer recomended SERT II. After market tuners,Thundermax PCIII, DTT, et al have been fined heavily by the EPA and have all declared bankrupcy. NO wait, just a nightmare, lol.

Thank God....I dont have to consider buying an 08.....no more carburated Kings.......no more new Harleys for me!!!!!.......I'll keep my 05 King till the Rapture!!
