Sportster 883 iron oil filter
Hi guys and gals, I changed my oil today and I just noticed that the oil filter I bought its a bit shorter than the original one, thats how they gave it to me at the store. I ride a Sportster 883 iron 2009, and the oil filter I bought its a stp s6065c, do you know if I can ride like this or do I need to buy the longer one? Thanks so much for you time!

I'm not going to look it up to see if it's the right part for your bike but when you use non-OEM oil filters, you're on your own. I use OEM oil filters on all my engines just for peace of mind. Good luck with yours.
