Default J & P order
Ordered some Ride On yesterday from J&P for the new tire going on my trike. After the order processed I noticed I didn't get my Gold Club discount. I contacted them on the live chat, The agent checked and said that I wasn't recognized as a Gold Club because I didn't sign in first. She is going to refunded me for the discount and waived the shipping. Good customer service.

I have ordered stuff from J&P Cycles over the years and have never had a bad experience. They're a great company!
