Check the owners manual, I would suggest. If not on the steering head is the bike is the VIN code which probably has the paint code included. You can also search on your year and model on the web, it will be out there and you can find the colors it came in for that year.
I'm not aware of any Harley publication that will give a universal color code. You can go to your local dealer with your VIN and they will be able to get the name of the color and the HD number but, that HD number doesn't match anything in the Dupont, PPG, House of Kolor, etc.paint codes. You'll have to find a "converter" on the 'net.
