Sorry ,but this jack is seriously overpriced. The foot pump model retails at $549.95,the air operated at $675.95. Ouch! The jack may have a lifetime warranty, but the bottle jack only one year. There reasoning is,they don't make it. Really? At these prices the bottle should have a much longer warranty. Obviously they don't have much faith in their supplier. The average bike owner doesn't use his jack on a daily basis, that bottle should last a lifetime. I have a Walker 1 1/2 ton automotive service jack that I've owned since the early '70s. I used it quite often and it's been rebuilt ONCE. When a J and S jack can give me that kind of service I'll buy one.
After seeing (and using) my friends J&S pneumatic trike jack, when I saw the "free shipping" offer I took the plunge and ordered one just before midnight.
I also ordered the "bike" adapter so now I can sell my old bike jack and get some beer money
I sorta hate letting that jack go as my wife bought it for me as a Christmas gift in 1989 and it still works perfectly!
That's a better deal than I got when I ordered mine. Word of warning, expect a wait for your jack. I had to call and ask about it and, if it comes on time, will be about a month from when I ordered it.

I spoke to J&S today and they said it would be 2 weeks to receive the jack.
2 weeks yeah good luck with that as I just received mine after being told 2 weeks as well and 6 weeks later it showed up with a destroyed shipping box and parts missing and after several phone calls later they made it right and oh yeah the new style pump failed 1 week later and they also sent me a replacement for that so be ready for there customer support.

Sorry to hear about your bad customer support issues. I owned one of their hydraulic lifts about 7 years ago I had nothing but good things to say about it.
After using these lifts they're ridiculously overpriced... This Jack from harbor freight (yeah I know I'm going to get **** for this) is seriously one of the better jacks that I've ever used.... It takes very little effort and has a rapid pump lift that raises the bike very quickly. It has built in jack stops that hold the bike if the pump jack itself failed would hold your bike.... Not to mention it's cheap AND aluminum so it's extremely light to throw around. Do not knock it before you try it, I rarely buy anything from here but this thing is great... Pretty sure there's a 20 percent off coupon right now for Father's day going on too.
It holds my 2019 CVO RG quite well! And you can change your oil while it's up.
