I didn't anything that remotely sounded like buzzing...but the vid was over before it started...very short...
EDIT...the youtube vid sounded like something in the primary...maybe...hard to tell on a vid...

I'd say it's the counter balancer gears whining. I hear the same thing on mine but the video amplifies the sound.
