My guess is tell her what they taught me in my MSF course 10-12 years ago. She pushes you forward and grabs the handlebars. Better yet if she can pull the clutch and brake lever too. A slow put over is better than an uncontrolled crash.

From what I have heard, you have minor symptoms of a HA a short while before the actual attack. My dad had symptoms for 2 weeks that he never told my mom about. Learn to know what the symptoms are.

My wife and I were out for a nice Sunday ride.
The only destination was to stop somewhere and have a ice cream.
When we got home she says
What am I supposed to do if you have a sudden heart attack or just fn die?
