No worries brother... I was just harassing ya...! Hence the LOL at the end of my comment. One can never have "too many" toys.

I get it. I did write this last night after a few cocktails, and after reading it this morning I kind of shook my head at myself...

Though last night I did ride the Low Rider, after a couple of weeks of riding the RK mostly. As I was spending all my saddle time on the King, I kept thinking to myself, what the hell do I need the LR for? Besides looking pretty (the LR that is), the RK does everything I need in a bike.

Then I road the LR and blew that theory out of the water...

I do the same thing...ride one of ‘em and think to myself, “why not just downsize and ride only THIS one?’ And then I ride one of the others. And it’s uncharacteristic of me because with everything else, I’m a frugal M-F-er, so the notion of three bikes...I never woulda thunk it. But I DO enjoy the hell out of each of them and thankfully this one indulgence won’t put me in the poorhouse so off we go. I’ll be retiring in 5-6 yrs and getting the hell out of California. Next stop will be a nice piece of land in the Carolinas where the wife can design the house and yours truly can design the cycle shed/cave...to accommodate my tools and cave accoutrements, all three bikes and who knows...perhaps one more to keep them company.

Good luck with your decision...we only go around once, so if it makes you happy to have both, or all three, and it won’t break the bank, figure out the logistics and DO IT!

There is a gent down the road that has a dedicated two bike shelter outside of the garage. It's aluminum tubes and heavy duty tarp. He's got two touring bikes in it and it stays out of the wind because it's between his and his neighbors house. Inside are two Baxley Wheel Chocks that allow you to drive in and the bikes are upright. So it locks your front tire into place and since they are straight up you can check oil level. Or the back yard Home Depot wood or aluminum shelters. My cousin did this.

Having a Dyna, and an RK is the perfect combination. Dyna for local duty, the RK for touring duty.

Now, for your dilemma. Get a house with a 3 car garage. Forget the condo/townhouse crap. HOA's can become Stalingrad because of women like Pelosi. You don't ever want to live under the auspices of that!

With a space designated for motorcycles only, you can add to your "fleet." (I'm currently @ 5...)

This is another reason I will not live in town. In Wisconsin and have 3 bikes 2 with sidecars one without. Each has it place and reasons. they are staying. None of them owe me a dime, I have gotten plenty from them, once gone they are gone.

I’d keep the Road King. Take off the windshield and sell it with the outer two bikes.
