The hard part for me was getting a good audio setup. That took some trial and error.
The real time killer is the editing.
That's the truth! I have done motovlogs and they are still on my channel, but when I started restoring my 69 Ford truck, the vlogs stopped because I didn't have time to edit the vlogs AND the truck restoration. I bought two Garmin VIRB's back when they were being deeply discounted. Now I see they are more valuable that what I paid, and I know why.
The VIRB is simplicity itself. Set it up at your desk for FPS, Resolution, orientation and so forth, then to record, just slide the switch on the side forward, to stop, slide it back. It also works remotely with certain Garmin GPS units.
Unlike the GoPro which I found maddeningly complicated to simply start recording, the VIRB just works when you ask it to, and it is 16MP.
