this isn't a contest....
everyone rides the exact amount of miles each year, for THEM
Family, work, other interests, all play a part.....
Ride as often as YOU like, and as often as you can....
plenty of folks ride 10-20 thousand miles each year, while others are lucky to get in 1,000 miles
it's all good

Thanks, but not trying to impress anyone. I'm just fortunate that I get the time off from work to ride and have a wife that encourages me.
I got the 2019 Low Rider the last weekend in February, since then I have 5,200 miles on it, when I got that bike the 2009 Sportster had a little less than 20,000 miles it now has 22,000, I probably did 2,500 or so before then. I was in the Hospital for a week and wasn't allowed to drive for a week and 2 different weeks on vacation without a bike. I have a 100 mile round trip commute, 5 days a week and ride a bike at least 3 or 4 times a week rain or shine.

No one thought you were. These threads inevitably make one person feel that they're being singled out some how. I live where the OP is. And our riding season is short. Good for you with all that time. I wish I did. But I'm a workaholic and create my own hell. Keep killing the miles.
I usually get between 5000 and 8000 miles in a year, but between shoulder surgery this spring and a recent knee injury I doubt I've put 1000 miles on this year.....
