On Hold for how long?

On Hold for how long?
If you call Harley at their Main number, you have to go thru a press this and that, then you will be put on Hold. 30 min and still no answer. What else would you expect from them. Don

When all of the press this and that starts, try pressing '0'. Most times you will go straight to an actual person.
