Service Manual????
Hi again everyone
I have been looking around for the service manual for my 2004 Heritage Softail on e-bay and other places but can not find one. I found just about every other year but not the 2004 Heritage. Any help woud be appreciated. I don't want to buy from the stealership if I can avoid it but I will if nothing else comes up. I know the cost of the manual is not much compared to buying the bike but if I can save a few dollars that's more parts.

Here are a couple. The first one is at $1.00 so far and the
other one is a buy it now of around $29.00. I got one a couple of
years ago and paid $16.00. They are really helpfull.
OOPS!! you have an 04. The people that have the buy it
now have all sorts of manuals. I would check with them
and see if they have the 04, althought i did not think there
was that big of a difference that year from an 02.

Thanks CaliFatboy...nice ride. I'm a little concerned about the owner though
. That's what I have found so far only manual's to 2003 for my bike. Maybe there are not many changes but I would rather not take that chance. If you find out more let me know.

you can get it at Surdyke HD for $46..
saves $12 bucks...posatge might kill the deal though..

Go to the dealership and buy the manual. Waiting for a "good deal" somewhere hardly ever works and the money you'll save by trying e-bay or somewhere else won't be worth crap if you need the manual in the interim. Zanotti's has this stuff on reduced cost like other HD web dealers, best bet is to get it from HD.

you can try mandmcycles.com. they offer it @ 49.50 and with postage should be around 52 bucks. the part number is 99482-04. they also offer 20% off all parts, etc. and i've purchased from them without any problems. good luck
