Kinda sucks if you cant order a bike without ABS. I didnt want it on my RK and fortunately the 17's could be had without it.
Now if I could get the damn dealer to warranty the warped rotors that'd be great.

No, that is not true. My Brother is a HD salesman and, according to him you can still get 2020 without ABS on most models, you just have to order them that way. Some models you have to order WITH ABS to get it that way. It is not standard equipment on all models (even touring models) even in 2020. Even some touring "standard" models come without ABS in 2020.

OP just learn how to tell the difference. And know some sellers might not be able to tell you.
You are looking used, so you can find non abs brakes any year.

Went today to look at the bike that was flipping my switches,what a letdown
The pictures on the internet made it look really good.What it really looked like was somebody ran the crap out of it and didn't take any care of it.So I guess that I will have to keep searching or just keep what I have.
