It did sound great. I could hear him coming home from miles away, gave me time to stop whatever I wasn't suppose to be doing lol

Interesting. I'm pretty sure it was stock maybe some Screaming eagle stuff. We were stateside come 83/84 and he had bought the bike prior to going oversees.

Yup photo, look at the way the headlight got oblonged in the picture, bottom of the nacel matches the fender tip for tilt.
