Default Windshield docking hardware

Hey guys. Just sold my 2009 deluxe and 2010 tri glide n bought a 2020 deluxe. Just picked up a great looking windshield from my bro in law but it doesn’t have the docking hardware. Have searched the hd catalog with no success. Called dealers and they say it’s not an available part sold separately. Wtf. Does anyone know where i can get the docking hardware? It’s an oem windshield. I search the faq but had no luck. If this question has been asked I apologize for my friggin stupidity with forums. Thanks for any help n safe travels.

try looking through the classified ads..... you may find someone there parting out or selling what you need. You will have to be diligent and monitor these as you may not find what you're after the first go round. Changes daily....

Welcome to the forum. What is the part number, or what year and bike did the shield come from? If you look at an online parts fiche you should find part numbers for what you need. If it was an accessory added after and bought from H-D, you can look at the instruction sheet and see the parts you need.

If the windshield was designed to fit your bike, you can view the installation instructions from HD's online store. Most components have a part number, and are available for separate purchase. Below is an example of the service parts from one of several kits designed for your bike.
