I'm pretty sure all twin cams had a 6 speed by 2012. My 2007 Ultra had it.

You make miles by staying in the seat, not doing ridiculous speeds. It's tiring, hard on the bike (a Harley anyways), invites roadside chats with cops and eats gas.

If true, good for him. Seems unlikely.

So he gets there in 14hrs (avg 100mph) instead of 20hrs avg 70mph). Not counting stops for gas / food...Hey grasshopper

All the gas stops are going to kill their time... At 70 I can travel about 200 miles per tank, at 80 closer to 160-ish. At 100? lmao, not far. It takes a lot of fuel to push a brick that fast.
