Yeah, sounds like some good resources! I'm thinking more along the lines of parts (Tim's, wheels, instruments, etc..) from newer wrecked bikes, flood damaged, etc.

Lots of money to be made stripping down Evo's and Twin cams. I don't think you will have any problem finding what you want. Stay on eBay for the transaction protection. ie. Return policies.
