I have a CVO Ultra RG and a Street glide. Would a v-nose 7.5' x 12' trailer fit both bikes? i've laid it out on paper and seems to work. Looking for any real world experience.

Yes, but it will be liked putting sardines into a c
We put two Ultras in my friends trailer and we had to "manhandle" them once inside the trailer, especially the last one going in.
Be sure to secure them well and U may even want to use wood blocks, placed beneath the frame in order to "stand them up" before securing them with four tie-downs per bike.
I’ve got a 7x12 vnose. We put two baggers in with a little work. One thing we do is remove the bags, they are pretty close when in the trailer. Mine is also setup staggered. We put the driver side bike in first as the access door on the trailer is on passenger side. This gives enough room to work around bikes.
If I had to buy again, I would go 14’, maybe even 16’ just for the extra room.
Hey I have a 7*12 Vnose.. I have had 2 CVO X's in it. I move the chock on the clutch side forward and stagger them. I dont put them side by side. The other thing I do is mount a 2*4 with 2 pieces of 3/4 Plywood under the 2*4 so I can put this by the rear wheel to keep the rears from jumping.
I towed from York Pa to Florida and back..no issues.. It is a tight fit. So if you can go wider, that makes it easier.
7 foot wide you can easily fit two baggers side by side, with the bags on. We do it every week to go to the drag strip. now with the fairings you may need to stagger them a touch but if the fairings dont stick out past the bags then you will be fine. we have about 4" from each side wall and 6" in the middle gap, give or take.
Yes, stagger a bit as another has said for the fairings. It will be tight, but it will work. I put lawn chair cushions between the fairings & saddle bags.LOL.
